Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately. You will have 28 days from the time the product arrives to its destination to inform us of a return you wish to make. When you contact us we will send you a return shipping label free of charge per our shipping policy. This shipping label will include the necessary information and return location of the product.

All returns must be in new and unused condition. The products must be returned with all of the original packaging.

Refunds

You will be eligible for a full refund on a returned item if you inform us of this within the 28-day time frame as stated in the “Returns” section. After 28 days, you will be eligible for a full credit in the form of a store credit that you may use on any items for sale on the Joshua Steinberg website.

Exchanges
